Working closely with Creatives to deliver the vision. Managing teams of motion & still designers, VFX artists, artworkers, production managers and co-ordinators. Managing milestones, stakeholder reviews, schedule, budget and resource.
Deliverables include channel logos, idents, warning slates, promos, TVCs, OOH, radio ads, press, assets for internal comms and social channels; brand toolkits and guidelines.

Working at Anomaly’s production arm on the Weight Watchers, Unilever, Cancer Research UK, Virgin Trains & Gordon's accounts. Producing films from brief to delivery. Pitching, quoting for new briefs, scheduling, managing edit & animation resource, liaising with external production partners and vendors.
Localised around 300 films for British, German & Swiss markets, in three languages, in three weeks as part of the Weight Watchers 'WW' global rebrand campaign for TV & digital use. Managed a multi-cultural team of editors and motion designers, communicated with production partners and Clients across four different countries and time zones on a daily basis and liaised with agency teams across different departments in order to address Agency, Client, Talent & Legal clearance's amends & requirements.
Produced the animation for Anomaly's 2018 Christmas Card 'O' Human Being'. Managing a team of seven animators over three weeks. Also co-produced the London part of a short film about former undefeated boxer Michelle Aboro for The Unreasonable series for UNR Shanghai.
